The Saco River meanders through the White Mountains right behind the Villager Motel - If you drive just a mile up the road you can enjoy a family adventure of tubing down the Saco River to your motel room.
..this was so much fun - we drove down to the bridge and put our tubes in and in about an hour or so we were behind the Villager Motel...and we just walked back to my room...so relaxing ... Norwell, MA
The water is pure and the river is calm during most of the season.
